I have a 40-minute ride to work each day, so this is when I catch up on reading. (aka podcasts).

I know who Seth Godin is, I am familiar with his work, and some of his books like Purple Cow, The Dip, and Linchpin.
After listening to each episode (some twice), I am now hooked! No, obsessed!
Thank you, Seth, for sharing your gift to the world. One line mentioned in the podcast with Chase Jarvis that stopped me in my tracks, and will probably affect how I work is “People like us do things like this” ~ SG OMG this unlocked a sense of permission to set the tone and lead from within by example.
Sometimes being a people pleaser can be damaging. Others look for solid decision making and one person to establish the vision. This statement will be something I return to each day when I am second guessing my method, style, decision.
